I saw your signs on the Boulevard trumpeting your efforts to beautify Topanga. If you really want to make our community a place of beauty, safety and a place where families and especially women can stroll without being verbally accosted, why don’t you rid our streets and public areas of all the day laborers. They don’t live here, defecate in the creek, litter everywhere, lower property values and make rude comments to me and my other female friends. Do something! Concerned Topanga citizen.

My neighbor was walking down his street and almsot hit by a cigarette butt carelessly flicked from a passing car.
Further investigation found that the driver is a chain-smoking neighbor who thoughtlessly does this all the time.
One day she is going to start a deadly fire in the canyon. She drives a dark green Ford Explorer, CA license number 5RJJ783. Any suggestions on how best to handle this?
